We ship domestic and International via Delivengo (French Postal Service) for the fastest, most reliable service available.

European Union
Delivengo ( 3-6 days Business Days ) 

  • Free for orders over 150 EUR
  • Flat rate 15 EUR for orders under 150 EUR

UK & Ireland
Delivengo ( 3-6 days Business Days ) 

  • Free for orders over 150 EUR
  • Flat rate 15 EUR for orders under 150 EUR

Rest of the World

    CUSTOMS FEES

    Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Being a new & small brand we are unable to cover any extra customs fees. Thanks for your understanding and support!

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    You can only request to cancel an order if you send an email to contact@vintieme.com immediately after placing the order (you have up to 30 minutes after the order is placed). Please note that the refund can take up to 10 business days to be processed in your account. Otherwise you will have to wait to receive it and then request a return.

    RETURNS
    For us, your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
    Discounted items (Sale) can not be returned or exchanged. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the tags and labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you’ll have to assume the new shipping charges.
    To request a return, you have to contact us at contact@vintieme.com, and we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    The costs and risks associated with any return are the responsibility of the sender.
    For tracking inquiries, please ensure to check your emails for updates on your shipment, as well as contact the courier if you have any questions.
    REFUNDS
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. The refund does not include initial shipping cost. We are not responsible for the refund of any additional taxes or customs duties that may have been charged to you. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed in your account.

    Please note that if a package is returned to us because it was refused by the customer upon delivery or failed to be picked up by the customer at the Access Point, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
     
    DAMAGES & ISSUES
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
     
    EXCHANGES
    Unfortunately, we cannot carry out direct exchanges. Alternatively, you can return the unwanted items and place a new order.
